Kaboom

Throughout my life I'm been okay at a lot of things. I always did well in school and was average when playing sports but was never great at anything...except for 1 thing...

I have to admit that I'm probably one of the best to ever play the game Kaboom for the Atari 2600. Yes, I'd like to say that I can dunk a basketball better than anyone, play the guitar better than anyone, have sex longer than a porn star, or get more super delegate votes than Hillary/Obama, but I can't. I can only say that I mastered a game that isn't even made anymore.

For those of you that might not remember this game I've linked it below. It was one of the games that required the special roller joystick. If anyone wants to challenge me...bring it on.

Please don't be too intimidated by my greatness. I know everyone reading this is jealous.

Doolan - you are on my man! I loved this game as a kid. Also - I just retrieved my Atari 2600 from my parents attic... there are only a few games with it and I'm not sure if Kaboom was saved. I will get back to you.... all in all - I will never be as good as that clip in the blog! man! o man!

Now that I think of it - this Atari 2600 may be why I like two things ... gambling and 26 ! I used to play BlackJack for hours and hours.....I will burn it before I put it on eBay!!!!!

I could and can beat you. We had the game as kids and I was AMAZING. I got into this Matrix/Neo style where I could see everything so clearly. Don't believe me, just ask my sister.

Your sister did warn me about your talents but I'm not concerned. Another Brother In Law by the name of Josh thought the same thing and he went down hard when he challenged me. Bring it on...I will take down another Brother in Law.

BTW...the clip isn't even close to how good I am. I can literally get the score to it's highest point where it goes back down to zero and the level in which it can't go any faster. Be afraid...be very afraid.

That's cute. You remind me of one of those little dogs that barks a lot when it sees a big dog. Cute

Hey Doolan...it is time for the cat to be let out of the bag! I let you win all those times. You see, I wanted you to like me since I was "with" your sister and I realized that there wasn't any sport you could beat me in, so I decided to allow KABOOM to be your one and only shining moment. Please dust off the old Atari and we will have another go around!
...what's that...do you hear it...the "Eye of the Tiger" is now playing in the background, I own you beatch!

Sean, be careful with your comments or else a little dog might make your precious Volta disappear this weekend. (Picture me saying this with a sinister laugh at the end of the sentence.)

Josh, you didn't need to let me win at Kaboom since you knew I already liked you after the night we "spooned".

I agree Doolan, our "spooning" moment was the beginning of a true life-long friendship...I love you!!!
